St. Clair Hospital gathered information through interviews and surveys of dozens of persons who are invested in
the health of the community. Also, St. Clair Hospital interviews were conducted in August 2015. The web-based
survey was conducted from October–December of 2015. These included external stakeholders — those not affiliated
with St. Clair — as well as members of our medical and Hospital staff. These persons shared their perspectives and
expertise on community health needs and their ideas for interventions and innovative programs to meet those needs.
