ditional neighborhoods. Ostergaard says
the houses of Mt. Lebanon would lend
themselves well to a pattern book.

HONORING VETERANS Mt. Lebanon
Commission has appointed an ad hoc
committee to investigate ways to honor
the community’s veterans. The commit-
tee, formed at the request of commission-
er Dan Miller, was appointed through
the end of June 2009. Miller and com-
missioner Dale Colby will be municipal
liaisons. The committee consists of Jack
Haller, Moffett Street; William Hoon,
Coolidge Avenue; Steve Lane, Lovings-
ton Drive; Bill Spangenberg, Parker
Drive; Jim Cannon, Adeline Avenue;
Wallace Workmaster, Bower Hill Road;
and Ron Block, Woodhaven Drive.

E LEBO GOLF
OUTING xperience LEBO, a Mt. Lebanon
social networking organization, has
moved the date of its first-ever golf
scramble to Saturday, September 13.

The event will begin at 12:30 p . m . at
the Mt. Lebanon Public Golf Course.

The $60 entrance fee includes 18
holes of golf with a cart, golf pro tips
and analysis, prizes for first and second
place teams and a four-course dinner at
