Subdivision: The division or redivision of a lot, tract or parcel of land by any means into two (2) or more lots, tracts, parcels or other divisions of land including changes in existing lot lines for the purpose, whether immediate or future, of lease, partition by the court for distribution to heirs or devisees, transfer of ownership or building or lot development; provided, however, that the subdivision by lease of land for agricultural purposes into parcels of more than ten (10) acres, not involving any new street or easement of access or any residential dwelling, shall be exempted. Subdivision Regulations: Parts 1 through 9 of this Chapter. Unit: A part of a condominium designated for separate ownership or occupancy on the declaration or declaration plan; or where a condominium is not to be created, that part of a building allocated or assigned to the exclusive use of fewer than all of the legal or beneficial owners of the building. Unit Designation: The number, letter or combination thereof designating a unit in the declaration, declaration plan or other document. Unit Owner: The person or persons owning a unit in fee simple or having a unit allocated or designated thereto. Unit Property Ordinance or Regulations: Formerly Part 2 of Chapter XVI of the Mt. Lebanon Code. Zoning Ordinance: Chapter XX of the Codified Ordinances of the Municipality of Mt. Lebanon, also known as Chapter XX, Mt. Lebanon Code, Ordinance 2636 as amended.
